Refund Policy

Returns
Our company does not offer returns/refunds after the product has been shipped to you unless it is damaged or broken. By purchasing from Hoodie Bros you agree that you will not request a refund/partial refund after you have received a product.

However if you order a product and you do not receive it within 70 days you are entitled to a refund. To receive this refund you can contact us through our business email, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: Shipping will not usually take 70 days, that is the maximum amount of time we give for items to reach you. Items will usually reach you within 10-25 business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at thehoodiecostore@gmail.com.

Exchanges:
If you feel the item you purchased was not as described or defective please contact us at thehoodiecostore@gmail.com and let us know what seems to be the issue. We will then take it up with the manufacturer and do our best to get you a refund. Please do not return-ship the item.
